Content submitted to BoatsForSale (including text, photos, and descriptions) remains the property of the submitter. By submitting content, you grant BoatsForSale a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and related marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

BoatsForSale acts solely as a classifieds platform and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of boats, or the outcome of any transaction between users. We recommend that buyers conduct their own due diligence, including professional surveys and sea trials, before purchasing.

7. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any listing, account, or content at our discretion, including content that violates these terms, is reported by users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of BoatsForSale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
